Fabric

Fabric graphics are valued not only for their lightweight durability but for how precisely they can be finished to match nearly any display need. Whether the project calls for indoor trade show backdrops, high-end retail visuals, or weather-ready outdoor fabric structures, each material is finished to ensure a clean, tailored fit. From SEG silicon edges in a variety of gasket sizes to sewn hems, pole pockets, and Velcro applications, fabric finishing is all about making sure the graphic installs smoothly, sits perfectly, and maintains a premium, non-glare appearance. Even large pieces can be shaped, notched, or seamed in ways that allow them to integrate seamlessly into modular systems or complex frames.

Fabric also excels when it needs to surround, wrap, or enclose a structure. Finishing considerations like zipper placement, liner selection for opacity, and custom cutouts ensure column wraps, table covers, and other fitted pieces maintain tension and structure.

Whether a project needs internal pole pockets, bungees for outdoor columns, specialty openings, or reinforced elements like webbing or grommets, our finishing team can match exact specifications—or help determine the best approach when the customer isn’t sure. With a wide range of indoor and outdoor fabric types and nearly limitless finishing options, fabric becomes one of the most flexible and customizable display solutions available.

Finishing Considerations: Flat Wall / SEG / Tensioned Fabric

  • Die cut to shape (through-cut)
  • Kiss cut to liner (letters, numbers, custom shapes)
  • Overlaminates (various finishes for protection and durability)
  • Premask / application tape for detailed or freestanding elements

Finishing Considerations: Wrapped / Encompassing Fabric Applications

  • Zipper placement and color (black/white standard; custom colors extended lead time)
  • Special openings or structural cutouts
  • Adding a plain back liner for opacity (required when configuring in Epicor)
  • Indoor column wraps: 3″ tabs of 1″ white Velcro loop sewn by the zipper
  • Outdoor column wraps: Bungees sewn into hem pockets to fit into column grooves

Vinyls

Vinyl is one of the most adaptable print materials we offer, and its finishing flexibility is a major reason why. From gloss to matte, smooth-face to scrim, and even specialty options like blockout or mesh, each type of vinyl can be tailored through finishing to meet the exact requirements of your installation. Vinyl can be cut on our digital cutters for precise shapes, laminated in a variety of protective textures, or produced in nearly unlimited sizes thanks to seaming. Whether it’s pressure-sensitive vinyl applied directly to walls, windows, or floors, or banner vinyl designed for structure and durability, each project begins with choosing the right finishing approach.

Because vinyl is used across so many environments—indoor murals, outdoor signage, retail floors, trade show graphics, window clings, and more—finishing becomes the key to making the final product function the way it should. Vinyl banners are sewn and reinforced with hems, webbing, and grommets for strength.

Pressure-sensitive vinyl may receive matte, gloss, or textured overlaminates for durability and slip resistance. Specialty vinyls for sidewalks, floors, and removable installations have matching overlaminates designed specifically for safety and longevity. No matter the application, vinyl finishing is where durability, installation method, and visual quality all come together.

Rigids

Rigid signage brings structure, stability, and precision to your graphics, and the finishing process is what elevates these pieces from simple prints to polished, installation-ready displays. We can route, knife-cut, or laser-cut rigid materials up to 2 inches thick, allowing for clean edges, custom contours, and unique shapes across substrates like PVC, acrylic, foam board, and aluminum composites. From simple print-and-cut panels to more specialized applications using adhesives or protective laminates, each piece can be fine-tuned to handle indoor environments, high-traffic retail spaces, or event conditions.

Our finishing capabilities give rigid graphics dimensionality and versatility. We can apply Velcro or pressure-sensitive adhesive to the back for easy mounting, laser-cut acrylics for crisp edges, or prepare components for standoff hardware when a 3D presentation is needed.

Whether the project calls for paneled murals spanning entire walls or a single polished display board, our team matches the right cutting method, hardware, and protective finish to the application — ensuring every rigid piece arrives ready to install and built to last.

Finishing Options: Rigid – Direct Print

  • Die cutting to shape (CNC router or knife cut depending on material)
  • Overlaminates (matte, gloss, textured, anti-graffiti, etc.)
