Our dye-sublimation prints are bright and vibrant offering a full spectrum of colors for your custom artwork.

Applications:

We offer many styles of table covers and different types of fabrics to suit the look or performance you might require:

  • Poplin fabrics for a classic fabric look and wrinkle resistance
  • Nylon fabrics that are easy to clean
  • Stretch fabrics for custom contoured table covers that have a custom tapered look
  • Table Covers for a classic drape look
  • Table Banners that offer flat hanging sides
  • Table Runners that can be used as accents
  • Convertible Table Covers that can change size from 6ft to 8ft tables

Why Use A Table Cover?

  • Great for covering standard size folding tables at tradeshows and events (which are often very beat up).
  • Easy to use, transport, and a low cost option for “Branding” wherever you might be using a table.
  • Great for displaying product and doing demos but can also add a professional touch to your Clubs, Schools, and Recruiting events

Important Considerations

What size table are you covering?
Tables vary slightly in width, height, and depth. Let us know the size so we can help you to determine what fit would work the best.

Will someone be sitting behind the table?
If so, consider an open-back design for legroom and easy access to materials underneath.

What environment will it be used in?
Trade shows, outdoor events, food service, or recruiting fairs may require different fabric types for durability, cleanability, or stretch. We are happy to help determine what will work best for your project.

How important is wrinkle resistance and presentation?
If you need a crisp, always-tight look, stretch or fitted styles may work better than traditional drape covers.

Terms To Know

  • Dye-Sublimation (Dye-Sub)
A printing process where ink is infused directly into the fabric using heat and pressure. This produces vibrant, full-color graphics that won’t crack, peel, or fade easily.

  • Full Bleed
Artwork that extends all the way to the edge of the fabric. No white borders — just complete color coverage.

  • Open Back vs. Closed Back
Open back allows legroom and access to storage under the table. Closed back provides a fully wrapped, polished look from every angle.

Presentation Tips

Table covers are designed for quick, stress-free installation — but here are a few tips to make your table look the best it can be:

  • Add Some Height
Don’t keep everything flat on the table. Use small stands or holders to lift products up so people can see them from farther away.

  • Keep Your Logo Clear
Don’t block your logo with boxes or giveaways. Make sure your branding is easy to see.

  • Use the Rule of Three
Group products or materials in threes for a more intentional, balanced visual layout rather than spreading everything out evenly.
  • Use Something Tall Behind You
Add a banner or backdrop behind your table so your space is easier to notice in a busy room.

  • Use Extra Light if Needed
If the room is dark, a small light can help your products and graphics stand out.
